Conditions
General conditions
BOOKING
Booking will be accepted as long as the services in question is available. Booking will be considered as confirmed only after receiving a signed reconfirmation – a contract – either by fax or by mail. The contract means that the client has accepted the General Conditions listed below, mainly those concerning the prices, cancellation and payment conditions. DESTINATION reserves the right to handle specific requests on ad-hoc basis, esp. In highly demanded periods. It means that different rates (prices), payment conditions, credit limits, cancellation conditions can be set-up differently than mentiones in this General Conditions. In such case, you will be informed about the different conditions (procedures) before starting of operation.

PAYMENT
Booking will be considered valid only if a payment of 50% of the total amount will be received at least 30 days before the arrival of the group. The rest of the payment – the remaining 50% - must be received at least 10 days before the arrival of the group. DESTINATION reserves the right to cancel the booking in case that payment has not been received within the agreed terms. Outstanding balance is settled by the day on which Supplier’s account is credited by the amount paid by “You”. You can be asked by DESTINATION credit manager to provide us the credit card details of your company credit card as guarantee for payment.

DESTINATION ACCOUNTS
Please ask for current banking information. Payment can be made by bank transfer, bank cheque or cash in DESTINATION responsible office. Both payer’s side (“You”) and the side of recipient (DESTINATION) are obligated to cover the costs of bank transfers by 50%, it means that “details of charges” on such a payment order will include the instruction “SHARE”.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be reconfirmed by DESTINATION. Cancellation reconfirmation shall be understand that DESTINATION cancelled all relevant services (arrangements) according to the instructions given by “You”. In case, that cancellation would be received by DESTINATION during weekends, holidays or any other day when the DESTINATION offices are closed, “You” are fully responsible for cancellation penalties which may occur, because such a cancellation could not be processed by DESTINATION and third parties within specific cancellation deadlines. Please note, that cancellation conditions may vary from below listed cancellation conditions in case of reservations in spa or ski resorts, possibly in all inclusive resorts.

Groups: The total group block can be cancelled up to 30 days prior group arrival without cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior group arrival will be applied following cancellation charges.

PERIOD FEE
30 – 21 days 20% of the total amount
20 – 14 days 40% of the total amount
13 – 07 days 70% of the total amount
06 – 04 days 90% of the total amount
72 hours and less 100% of the total amount

The percentage of the fee will be calculated from the maximun expected number of persons. No refunds will be given in case of a cancellation during the stay. A reduction in the number of persons in a group block is accepted when it does not exceed 10%. In case of a reduction by more than 10% or in case of no-show, above mentioned cancellation fees apply. DESTINATION reserves the right to handle specific requests on ad-hoc basis, esp. in highly demanded periods. (periods of congresses, exhibitions, conferences, special events etc.). It means that different rates (prices), payment conditions, credit limits, cancellation conditions can be set-up differently than mentioned in these General Conditions.

Individuals: Booking can be cancelled up to 72 hours before the arrival without cancellation fee. For cancellation made less than 72 hours before the arrival will be applied following cancellation charges.

PERIOD FEE
72 – 24 hours 1 overnight
Less than 24 hours 2 overnights & costs of servives which were not used by the clients(e.g. transportation services, tours, excursions etc.)

EARLY DEPARTURE FEE
Some of the promoted hotels apply early departure fees (conditions) for reservations which will not utilize all nights confirmed in their reservation. In this case DESTINATION will strictly follow the policy of the hotel involved in such reservation and we will inform you about the actual charges.
Please note that cancellation conditions don’t refer to early departure fees. Cancellation conditions cannot be applied on early departure procedures. DESTINATION is not obligated to refund unused nights if request for refund was delivered more than 10 days after client’s departure. If guest has written confirmation from the hotel, in which is explicitly mentioned that the remainder of the nights will be refunded, we strongly recommend you to inform DESTINATION about this document.

VOUCHERS
Each issued voucher by the “You” must contain the following data: name of the hotel, name of the client, name and address of the responsible DESTINATION office, description of services which should be provided to the client and which were reconfirmed by DESTINATION, date of arrival / departure and detailed schedule of all confirmed services.

MISCELLANEOUS
DESTINATION reserves the right in case of force majour to relocate either groups or individual bookings to a hotel of an equivalent standard. DESTINATION cannot accept any liability for any damage, loss, expense or any other kind of business losses caused by the relocation of groups or individual bookings if equivalent accomodation/services were provided. Booking changes, confirmations and cancellations must be confirmed in writing only and must comply with the deadlines specified in Agreement and/or in other Supplier’ service / booking reconfirmation.

CLAIMS
DESTINATION must be informed about complaint within 30 days following after the date on which the last service has been provided on behalf of DESTINATION. Complaint must be delivered to DESTINATION responsible office in writing together with all relevant details (or documents). DESTINATION will inform “You” about proposed solution within 14 days. Complaints received after the deadline mentioned above will not be proceeded and no refunds or compensations will be provided.

LEGAL JURISDICTION
Negotiation is considered a general method of solving problems or discrepancies concerning the fulfillemt of the contract. In case that the results of such negotiation are not found satisfactory by either of the parties, courts in the Czech Republic are considered the courts of appeal and arbitration.

OTHERS
For some bookings, special conditions can be negotiated. In that case, the special conditions replace the General Conditions. DESTINATION reserves the right to adjust the rates in the event of goverment VAT or monatary policy changes.
